IBM THINK is now open at Epcot's Innoventions West.

Longtime Epcot sponsor IBM's latest exhibit in Future World examines ways in which we can make the world a better place through five distinct categories: Seeing, Mapping, Understanding, Believing and Acting. The interactive exhibit begins with a huge interactive digital wall at the main entrance. Once inside, a 10 minute film inside a mini-theater begins the experience, which then leads to a room filled with touch screens. Here guests can explore the concepts touched on in the film, and can hear from notable figures in the respective fields.

IBM THINK is open daily from park opening until 7:00 PM, and is located in Epcot's Future World at Innoventions West..

Great news for fans of the bakery at Epcot's France pavilion. Another new feature for this hugely popular location is that it will now be opening at 9:00 AM daily. Now those pastries can be a part of a “balanced” breakfast.

The Main Street Bakery will close 1/12/2013, and is expected to reopen again 5/18/2013. The Tomorrowland Terrace will be opening for breakfast during this period. Menu items will include waffles, yogurt parfaits, egg/cheese and ham croissants, oatmeal, danish pastries, coffees and beignets. Cinnamon rolls can be found at Gaston's Tavern in the new Fantasyland. You can also grab a continental breakfast at Auntie Gravity's Galatic Goodies, Cheshire Cafe, Sleep Hollow, Sunshine Tree Terrace and Westward Ho.

The operating hours for Epcot's Disney Visa cardholder character meet and greet have been extended to now operate from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM daily. Located inside Innoventions West, guests with a Disney Rewards Visa Card, Disney’s Premier Visa Card and Disney’s Visa Debit Card can meet Disney Characters and receive a complimentary 5 x 7 photo.

Epcot's Le Cellier Steakhouse will be moving to a single all-day menu beginning in 1/16/2013. The full menu is not yet available, but the official Disney Parks Blog has indicated that the popular lunchtime burger will no longer be available. The restaurant will remain a signature dining location, and will require 2 Dining Plan entitlements for those using the Disney Dining Plan.

The new Mickey Check healthy eating standard for kids begins at table service restaurants starting in 1/16/2013.  'Be Our Guest Restaurant' in the Magic Kingdom's New Fantasyland was the first location at Walt Disney World to offer menu items from the program back in November 2012. The program is now being rolled out to other quick service restaurants and table service restaurants from tomorrow.

Mickey Check is part of Disney's efforts to ensure that foods meet nutritional guidelines set out by Disney, and will be used throughout the Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. Menu items that meet the criteria will be marked on the menu with the Mickey Check icon. You can read more about the program at the Disney Magic of Healthy Living site.

The Villas at the Disneyland Hotel Review

I love staying at the Disneyland Hotel so when I got the opportunity to stay at the new Villas at the Disneyland Hotel during opening weekend, I couldn’t pass it up. Because it was opening weekend, we were greeted in the entrance way of the lobby with balloons and many photo opportunities. When we arrived, there was a mural of the Haunted Mansion. I love how the seats in the main lobby were designed like the teacups in the parks. You can check in using the Disneyland app, drop your bags with bell services and head into the parks or use the amenities why you wait until your room is ready. When your room is ready, the resort will send you a text and you can use the Disneyland app on your mobile device to unlock the room. We dropped off our bags and went straight to the parks. We received a text around 1PM that our room was ready. In the new Discovery Tower (the Villas), you'll find that the lobby is very spacious with many places to sit while you read or wait for your family. Th

Cruising with a Baby: A Complete Guide

You took a baby on a cruise!? Yep, and I'd do it again knowing what I know now. So, say goodbye to months of research - Everything you need to know is here!! One of the biggest challenges of traveling with a baby is planning what you need to bring. I wanted to share what worked for us, and hopefully help others who are planning their cruise! Remember, babies can only cruise after their 6-month birthday on sailings from the U.S. If you are going transatlantic, or have more than three days out at sea, they must be 12 months old by the first day of your cruise. Pre-Cruise   We flew to the cruise port, and I couldn’t bring all the food and snacks I needed, so I placed an Instacart order for pick up near the port. I chose Publix in Cocoa Beach which is a few miles from Port Canaveral. I placed the order a few days before we left home, and set the pickup time to 11:00 a.m. I ordered formula, a box of diapers, swim diapers, bottle brush, dish soap, baby food, and baby snacks. I also broug

Remy Brunch Review

On a recent Disney Cruise with a dear friend, we treated ourselves to a brunch at Remy. At the time of writing, this adult only dining option starts at $75 per person. There is a dress code and even at brunch guests definitely dress up for this dining experience. We got all gussied up after rolling out of the oh so comfortable beds on the Disney Fantasy, and went upstairs.  We were quickly escorted to our seat while being given a brief synopsis of the history of the restaurant. Our table had a lovely water view and if one looked hard enough, a small amount of the AquaDuck! We were given a water menu and asked what kind we would like. Simply put, if I am going to indulge in a beverage during an already expensive meal, it's going to be an adult libation nine times out of ten. For that reason, I told our server that I would be happy with tap and so did my dining companion who whispered in my ear she could not justify $15 on breakfast water. We were quickly served complimentary champag
