The Disney's Hollywood Studios cover band 'Mulch, Sweat and Shears" will be having their final performance on October 10 2015.
Announcing the news on their band Facebook page, "Mulch, Sweat and Shears" will be marking 11 years performing in the park on October 8 2015.
The band has appeared in a number of different roles through the years, from a "landscape crew" band on Street of America, through to performing live to huge firework shows for July 4 and New Year's Eve shows.

New signage on the currently under construction Star Wars Launch Bat have indicated a December 2015 opening date.
Disney has officially confirmed that Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar will be opening to guests on September 22 2015.

 Disney's Grand Floridian Resort will begin offering Narcoossee's Waterfront Brunch from November 22 2015.

The prix fixe menu will cost $69 for adults, and $41 for ages 3-9, or two table service credits for those on the Disney Dining Plan.
The brunch begins with a choice of specialty beverage, including Champagne, Mimosa and Bloody Mary - with smoothies for the little ones.
A pastry basket for the table includes Chocolate Croissant, Muffins, Croissants, Danish, Pecan Sticky Buns, Vermont Cultured Butter, and Seasonal Jam.
Choices of appetizers include Onion Soup Gratin, a Seafood Charcuterie, Shrimp and Grits, and Artisanal Cheese.
There are seven entrees to choice from, including a Brioche French Toast, Croque Madame, Lobster Egg Benedict, Chicken and Waffles, Omeltte made your way, Pan-roasted Salmon and Steak & Eggs.
To round things off is a sweet trio of desserts.

This years Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is being headlined by the all new “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular.”

The 22 minute castle show sees the mischievous Sanderson Sisters from Disney's “Hocus Pocus” return to the mortal world for one night during the Halloween season. With only a few hours to run amuck, the three sisters decide to use their magic to throw the best evil Halloween party. 
“Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular” features appearances by Dr. Facilier, Oogie Boogie, Maleficent and other great Disney villains, along with dancers, projections and special effects that combine to make this new show the highlight of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
There are four opportunities during each party night to see the show, with show times at 8:00 PM, 9:20 PM, 10:40 PM, 12:00 AM.



Reservations are now open for the Merry & Bright Dessert Party at the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights.

Desserts and drinks are included, all in a special reserved viewing area for the spectacular Osborne Lights at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
The Merry & Bright Dessert Party at Disney's Hollywood Studios will take place from November 6 to December 24, 2015 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM (excluding November 17, December 9 and December 18) and December 25 to December 30, 2015, from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
Tickets are priced at $69 per adult or $39 for children (ages 3 to 9), tax and gratuity included (park admission required). Also included in the ticket is a custom roll-up stadium blanket.

Also available is the Merry and Bright Dinner Reception from January 1 - 3  2016, priced at $99 per adult, and $54 ages 3-9.

The private Dinner Reception will feature holiday-themed fare, including shrimp, beef and turkey served with wine, beer and other specialty alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Each Guest will receive a custom shadow box keepsake featuring their own Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights.

The Villas at the Disneyland Hotel Review

I love staying at the Disneyland Hotel so when I got the opportunity to stay at the new Villas at the Disneyland Hotel during opening weekend, I couldn’t pass it up. Because it was opening weekend, we were greeted in the entrance way of the lobby with balloons and many photo opportunities. When we arrived, there was a mural of the Haunted Mansion. I love how the seats in the main lobby were designed like the teacups in the parks. You can check in using the Disneyland app, drop your bags with bell services and head into the parks or use the amenities why you wait until your room is ready.
