Favorite Walt Disney World Resort?  It’s a toss up between the Grand Floridian and Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Favorite Walt Disney World attraction? I have a lot of favorites, but if I have to name my all time favorite attraction that would be Rock 'n' Roller Coaster followed closely by Soarin'.

Favorite Disney restaurant? Yachtsman Steakhouse and I am also a big fan of Morimotos.

Favorite Disney snack? Dole whip float

Earliest Disney vacation memory? Since I didn’t start going to Disney until I was 18, (which was many moons ago) I have to say being in awe of how wonderfully themed Adventureland was in the Magic Kingdom.

Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland or Walt Disney World?  I love them all for various reasons but to pick one I have to say Disneyland.  It’s where it all began.  The first time that I went I did the behind the scenes tour a Walk in Walt’s footsteps…. all I can say is Wow.

Disney experience that brings tears to your eyes?  Walt Disney: One Man’s Dream.  I cannot even walk in there without having tears in my eyes and forget about the movie….it kills me every time.

Where have you traveled aside from Walt Disney World?  Disneyland of course, and just about every state on the East Coast from Maine to Florida.  Switzerland, Italy and Germany.  And I’ve been on more than a few Disney Cruises.

Favorite Movie?  Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.  I also like It’s Complicated with Meryl Streep and Steve Martin..such a great flick!

If you had to pick another job besides being a travel agency owner, what would you do?  Interior decorator or concierge at the Grand Floridian Resort (main building).

Let Pam help your family plan the perfect vacation!

You took a baby on a cruise!? Yep, and I'd do it again knowing what I know now. So, say goodbye to months of research - Everything you need to know is here!! One of the biggest challenges of traveling with a baby is planning what you need to bring. I wanted to share what worked for us, and hopefully help others who are planning their cruise! Remember, babies can only cruise after their 6-month birthday on sailings from the U.S. If you are going transatlantic, or have more than three days out at sea, they must be 12 months old by the first day of your cruise. Pre-Cruise   We flew to the cruise port, and I couldn’t bring all the food and snacks I needed, so I placed an Instacart order for pick up near the port. I chose Publix in Cocoa Beach which is a few miles from Port Canaveral. I placed the order a few days before we left home, and set the pickup time to 11:00 a.m. I ordered formula, a box of diapers, swim diapers, bottle brush, dish soap, baby food, and baby snacks. I also broug...

We were also quite impressed with the service and enjoyed the atmosphere here for our meal. A Delightful Start: The Appetizers We kicked off our meal with the Kara-age Chicken (fried chicken) appetizer and let me tell you—it was love at first bite. Perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, this dish was bursting with flavor. The subtle seasoning and light batter made it an ideal...
