BREAKING NEWS!!!! 2018 Festival of the Arts Booth Menus!!!!

Heeeeeey, Disney Foodies!!!

I know I just brought you the announcement of the Festival of the Holidays Booth Menus a few days ago, but GUESS WHAT??????  I'm back with the 2018 Festival of the Arts Booth Menus!!!! Yup, with back to back festivals at Epcot, we have back to back menu announcements too, so let's get to it!

The sophomore year of the Festival of the Arts will run from January 12th - February 19th, 2018, but unlike last year's Festival, which only ran on the weekends, this year's event will run daily, due to it's incredible popularity in it's kick off year. For those of you who did not get to experience it in 2017, this Festival celebrates the arts, including performing arts, (Broadway performances), visual arts, (art displays and demonstrations), and culinary arts, (food booths a la Food and Wine Festival). Of course, because this is an ART festival, all of the dishes are served with visual presentation at the forefront of the chef's mind. Everything was gorgeous AND delicious last year and I'm sure this year will be even better! Let's see which favorites are returning, and which new dishes we can look forward to! Cruising with a Baby: A Complete Guide

You took a baby on a cruise!? Yep, and I'd do it again knowing what I know now. So, say goodbye to months of research - Everything you need to know is here!! One of the biggest challenges of traveling with a baby is planning what you need to bring. I wanted to share what worked for us, and hopefully help others who are planning their cruise! Remember, babies can only cruise after their 6-month birthday on sailings from the U.S. If you are going transatlantic, or have more than three days out at sea, they must be 12 months old by the first day of your cruise. Pre-Cruise   We flew to the cruise port, and I couldn’t bring all the food and snacks I needed, so I placed an Instacart order for pick up near the port. I chose Publix in Cocoa Beach which is a few miles from Port Canaveral. I placed the order a few days before we left home, and set the pickup time to 11:00 a.m. I ordered formula, a box of diapers, swim diapers, bottle brush, dish soap, baby food, and baby snacks. I also broug...

Nestled in the heart of the Japan Pavilion, this restaurant offers an authentic izakaya experience that promises to tantalize your taste buds and elevate your dining experience. A Culinary Adventure in Epcot's Japan Pavilion From the moment you step inside Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya, you'll be transported to an authentic Japanese izakaya. The restaurant's warm, inviting ambiance, coupled with traditional decor, sets the stage for an unforgettable meal. We were also quite impressed with the service and enjoyed the atmosphere here for our meal. A Delightful Start: The Appetizers We kicked off our meal with the Kara-age Chicken (fried chicken) appetizer and let me tell you—it was love at first bite. Perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, this dish was bursting with flavor. The subtle seasoning and light batter made it an ideal...
