This iconic theme park invites guests of all ages to step into the worlds of their favorite films, from thrilling rides to immersive attractions. The theme park is home to 8 uniquely themed lands; Minion Land, New York, San Francisco, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Diagon Alley, World Expo, Springfield U.S.A.: Home of the Simpsons, DreamWorks Land, and Hollywood. 

Here's my list of the top ten Must Do's at Universal Studios Florida.

10. DreamWorks Land
DreamWorks Land is a vibrant new area at Universal Studios Florida where guests can immerse themselves in the worlds of beloved DreamWorks Animation franchises like Shrek, Trolls, and Kung Fu Panda. The area features attractions such as the kid-friendly Trolls Trollercoaster, interactive play areas like Po's Kung Fu Training Camp, and live entertainment including Po Live! and the DreamWorks Imagination Celebration. 

9. Despicable Me Minion Mayhem™
Fittingly located in Illumination's Minion Land, this fun-filled, motion-simulation ride is where guests can join Gru and his Minions on a chaotic adventure. To enjoy this attraction, riders must be at least 40 inches tall.

8. E.T. Adventure
E.T Adventure is a classic dark ride that immerses guests in the iconic flying-bicycle chase scene from Steven Spielberg's 1982 film, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. Opening in 1990, it remains the only original ride still operation at the park, offering a nostalgic journey through the forest and E.T.'s home planet, the Green Planet. It's one of those attractions that you just have to ride if you're a Universal theme park fan. 

7. The Bourne Stuntacular
This innovative live-action stunt show seamlessly blends stage performance with cinematic elements, creating a thrilling experience inspired by the Jason Bourne franchise. Located in the Hollywood section of the park, The Bourne Stuntacular takes guests on a global adventure as Jason Bourne evades sinister characters across three continents. 

6. TRANSFORMERS: The Ride-3D
TRANSFORMERS: The Ride-3D is an exhilarating motion simulation ride where guests join the epic battle between the Autobots and the Decepticons. Utilizing cutting edge 3-D and 4-D effects, the ride offers a thrilling experience with larger than life visuals and dynamic physical sensations. The minimum height requirement is 40" and Universal Express Pass is offered.  

5. Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit™
Get ready to rock and roll on this thrilling steel rollercoaster that reaches a height of 167 feet and speeds up to 65 miles per hour! What makes it unique is the ability for riders to choose their own music to accompany the ride, creating a personalized and exhilarating experience each and every time you ride. Minimum height requirement is 51" and Universal Express Pass is offered. 

4. Hogwarts™ Express: King's Cross Station
Ever dreamed of riding the Hogwarts Express? The Hogwarts Express: King's Cross Station is a truly magical train ride straight out of the Harry Potter books. The journey on the train offers two unique stories, making it a must-visit attraction for fans of the Wizarding World. It's important to note that if you want to experience this attraction, you must have a Park-to-Park ticket since the train actually transports guests between Diagon Alley in Universal Studios Florida and Hogsmeade in Islands of Adventure.
3. Explore Diagon Alley
If you think the Hogwarts Express is a dream come true, just wait until you turn the corner into Diagon Alley! Diagon Alley at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is brimming with enchanting experiences. Visitors can indulge in traditional British fare at the Leaky Cauldron (that's in London) or savor unique ice cream flavors at Florean Fortescure's Ice-Cream Parlour. For entertainment, guests can visit Ollivanders for a personalized wand selection experience. Shoppers can explore a variety of themed stores, including Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes for magical jokes and tricks. The immersive atmosphere, complete with a fire-breathing dragon atop Gringotts, makes Diagon Alley an absolute must-visit for Harry Potter fans. 
2. Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts™
This thrilling 3D attraction takes guests on a journey through the vaults of Gringotts Bank, encountering magical creatures and dark forces along the way. This immersive experience combines state of the art technology with captivating storytelling. The minimum height requirement is 48 inches, and Child Swap is offered, along with the Universal Express Pass. 

1. Revenge of the Mummy
Revenge of the Mummy is an amazing indoor rollercoaster that combines high-speed thrills with immersive special effects. Based on the popular Mummy film franchise with Brendan Fraser, the ride takes guests on a spine-chilling adventure through dark tombs and fiery encounters with the undead. Despite all the scary parts, there are some comedic moments thrown in there too. With its intense drops, sudden turns, and impressive animatronics, this attraction gets the top spot on our must-do list!

The Villas at the Disneyland Hotel Review

I love staying at the Disneyland Hotel so when I got the opportunity to stay at the new Villas at the Disneyland Hotel during opening weekend, I couldn’t pass it up. Because it was opening weekend, we were greeted in the entrance way of the lobby with balloons and many photo opportunities. When we arrived, there was a mural of the Haunted Mansion. I love how the seats in the main lobby were designed like the teacups in the parks. You can check in using the Disneyland app, drop your bags with bell services and head into the parks or use the amenities why you wait until your room is ready.
