Is Cinderella's Royal Table Worth It?

If you're planning a trip to Walt Disney World and want a truly enchanting dining experience, look no further than Cinderella's Royal Table in Magic Kingdom.

Here's everything you need to know about this magical dining experience from a Disney Travel Agent's perspective:

When my daughter turned 16, we knew we had to make this milestone birthday extra special—what better way than by dining inside the iconic Cinderella Castle with the Disney Princesses themselves? The dining room has beautiful stained glass windows, soft golden lighting, and grand chandeliers that glimmer like stars in the night sky.The views look out into Fantasyland where you can see the Price Charming Regal Carousel, Beasts Castle, and The Sword in the Stone.

But the most magical part? You’re dining inside the Castle—yes, inside!! It’s a dream come true for any Disney lover, especially when you consider how iconic Cinderella Castle is. The whole atmosphere made us feel like we were part of a real-life fairytale, and I couldn’t help but grin every time I looked around.

The menu at Cinderella’s Royal Table is as beautiful as the setting, offering a selection of delicious and elegant dishes. Whether you’re there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you’ll enjoy a prix-fixe menu that includes several courses, including an appetizer, entrée, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverages.

We enjoyed our lunch at CRT. My appetizer was the Castle salad: Romaine, Brussels Sprouts, Goat Cheese, Seasonal Vegetables, and Green Goddess Dressing. It was delicious and fresh. Marinated Grilled Chicken was my entree. Wild Mushroom-Parmesan Risotto and White Wine-Black Truffle Butter accompanied the chicken which was cooked perfectly. The Clock Strikes Twelve was the best dessert to finish it off. This dessert is Chocolate Ganache Tart topped with Salted Caramel-Coffee Mousse!

At Cinderella’s, you can play with your dessert! The build your own cupcake dessert is so cute! You are able to fully customize your own cupcake. And the best part, eating the sprinkles and frosting that is left over!

The menu does change occasionally, so check the Official Disney World page for the up to date offerings.

One of the highlights of dining at Cinderella's Royal Table is, without a doubt, the character interactions. As you dine, various Disney Princesses make their way through the dining room to visit each table. We were graced with the presence of Cinderella, of course, who greeted us with her signature charm and elegance.

Throughout the meal, we were also visited by other beloved Princesses, like Merida (my favorite!) Ariel, Aurora, and Jasmine. Each princess took time to pose for photos, sign autographs, and chat with the guests. It was the perfect touch to make my daughter’s Sweet 16 even more special.

💙Pro tip: If you're celebrating something special (like a birthday or honeymoon), make sure to let the cast members know. They might surprise you with extra touches, like a birthday crown or a special greeting from the Princesses!

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Reservations Are a Must: Cinderella’s Royal Table is one of the most popular dining spots in Magic Kingdom, so make sure to book your reservation early at 60 days ahead! It fills up fast, especially during peak times. Your Kingdom Konsultant Agent woud be happy to book your dining for you.
  • Advance Payment: To secure your reservation, Disney requires advance payment for the total cost of your meal. While it’s a little different from other dining experiences, it’s worth it for the magical experience you’ll have.
  • Dining Plan: If you’re on the Disney Dining Plan, this meal requires 2 Table Service credits, so be prepared for that.
  • Cost: For breakfast, you can expect to pay around $74 per adult and $45 per child. Lunch and dinner will run you about $88 per adult and $52 per child. (Subject to change, check the website for up to date costs).

Dining at Cinderella’s Royal Table was everything we hoped for and more. From the stunning atmosphere inside the Castle to the delicious food and magical character encounters, it truly felt like a dream come true. My daughter’s Sweet 16 was made even more special by the memories we created here. The Princesses, the food, and the royal treatment all came together to make it an experience that we’ll never forget.

If you’re celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a unique Disney dining experience, I can’t recommend Cinderella’s Royal Table enough. It’s an experience you’ll cherish for years to come—whether you’re a little one meeting your favorite Princess or an adult reminiscing about your own childhood dreams of dining with royalty.

The Verdict: Yes, it's worth it - especially for special occasions, for families who love Princesses, or a Disney foodie looking for a magical dining experience! If you can't make a reservation here, but want to dine with the Princesses, check out Akershus Royal Banquet Hall at Epcot, or 1900 Park Fare at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. ✨👑

Cruising with a Baby: A Complete Guide

You took a baby on a cruise!? Yep, and I'd do it again knowing what I know now. So, say goodbye to months of research - Everything you need to know is here!! One of the biggest challenges of traveling with a baby is planning what you need to bring. I wanted to share what worked for us, and hopefully help others who are planning their cruise! Remember, babies can only cruise after their 6-month birthday on sailings from the U.S. If you are going transatlantic, or have more than three days out at sea, they must be 12 months old by the first day of your cruise. Pre-Cruise   We flew to the cruise port, and I couldn’t bring all the food and snacks I needed, so I placed an Instacart order for pick up near the port. I chose Publix in Cocoa Beach which is a few miles from Port Canaveral. I placed the order a few days before we left home, and set the pickup time to 11:00 a.m. I ordered formula, a box of diapers, swim diapers, bottle brush, dish soap, baby food, and baby snacks. I also broug...

The Villas at the Disneyland Hotel Review

I love staying at the Disneyland Hotel so when I got the opportunity to stay at the new Villas at the Disneyland Hotel during opening weekend, I couldn’t pass it up. Because it was opening weekend, we were greeted in the entrance way of the lobby with balloons and many photo opportunities. When we arrived, there was a mural of the Haunted Mansion. I love how the seats in the main lobby were designed like the teacups in the parks. You can check in using the Disneyland app, drop your bags with bell services and head into the parks or use the amenities why you wait until your room is ready. When your room is ready, the resort will send you a text and you can use the Disneyland app on your mobile device to unlock the room. We dropped off our bags and went straight to the parks. We received a text around 1PM that our room was ready. In the new Discovery Tower (the Villas), you'll find that the lobby is very spacious with many places to sit while you read or wait for your family. Th...
