Welcome to the latest edition of Ears The News Brought to you by our friends at WDWmagic.com 'The Soul of Jazz An American Adventure' opening February 1 at EPCOT 'The Soul of Jazz: An American Adventure" will open on February 1, 2021 at EPCOT. This will feature Joe Gardner from Disney and Pixar's Soul which is now streaming on Disney+.  You will have the opportunity to learn more about this genre of music and take a musical tour of America. Ears the News: February 14, 2020 Edition

Welcome to the latest edition of Ears the News Brought to you by our friends at  WDWMagic.com The water playground at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort will be closing for refurbishment early next week.    Photo courtesy of WDWMagic.com  The refurbishment is expected between February 10 and March 20, with a reopening on March 21 2020. The resort's other pools will remain open as normal, and there will be transportation to the nearby Polynesian Resort for those guests wishing to use a splash playground. Welcome to the latest edition of Ears the News Brought to you by our friends at WDWMagic.com The McDonald's restaurant near to Disney All Star Resort will be closing for an extensive remodel. Beginning October 30, 2019, the restaurant will close to begin updates to the location with a planned reopening in 2020. The Magic Kingdom will be getting an early start to its holiday offerings with special entertainment set to begin on November 3 2019. During the daytime, the Holly Jolly Trolley Show will see a return to the Magic Kingdom, and the Holiday Finale returns to Mickey's Royal Friendship Faire. From July 29 to August 18 at America Gardens Theatre, Passholders can get guaranteed seating for Guardians of the Galaxy – Awesome Mix Live! Enter on the left side of the theatre and show your valid annual pass and photo ID for access to the Annual Passholder section. At the Fife & Drum and Block & Hans, Passholders will receive a 10% discount on non-discounted food and beverage items, including alcohol, at these locations from July 29 to August 18. Welcome to the latest edition of Ears the News Brought to you by our friends at  WDWMagic.com Alongside the recent price increases to Annual Passes and resort hotel parking, Walt Disney World's park specific reusable shopping bags have also increased in price this month. First introduced at the end of 2018 at World of Disney, the reusable bags are made of 80% recycled materials and come in three sizes. The new pricing is $2 for small (up from $1), $2.50 for medium (up from $1.50), and $3 for large (up from $2). You’ll get to choose between gourmet burgers, a chicken sandwich, veggie burger and salad. Side dishes included French fries and onion rings with a house-made dipping sauce. Welcome to the latest edition of Ears the News Brought to you by our friends at  WDWMagic.com Disney is adding a new perk for its resort hotel guests this fall, "Extra, Extra Magic Hours." The additional early morning hours will begin alongside the opening of Star Wars Galaxy's Edge on August 29 2019 and will give resort hotel guests daily early morning access to the parks. Also announced today was that Disney's Hollywood Studios will open at 6am for all guests on August 29 - 31 2019. Extra, Extra Magic Hours Schedule Fall 2019 Disney’s Hollywood Studios – Daily from September 1 to November 2 2019, from 6-9am, including Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge (subject to capacity).
