5 Reasons To Book Your Fall Disney Trip NOW!

I don't know about you, but I have always LOVED Disney in the Fall. Here are five things that make going to Disney in the Fall the BEST! 1. WEATHER Weather in the Fall in Central Florida is a bit unpredictable, with hurricanes and tropical storms and all, but a good 75% of the time  the weather is beautiful . Mostly warm, sunny days, followed by comfortable, breezy nights. Warm enough to swim, but cool enough to not feel like your face is melting.  Beautiful blue skies over Animal Kingdom  2. CROWDS  This one mostly applies to early to mid September when  the kiddos heading back to school which causes a  massive drop in park attendance . If you are kid-free, or take the kids out of school, you'll have lower crowds.  Wait times for rides and attractions are at their one of their lowest of the year (January has weeks that are lower), and pool and water park crowds are drastically reduced. It's a totally different experience from Summer, Christmas ...

A Day at Epcot's Food and Wine Festival

The Epcot International Food and Wine Festival seems to get bigger and bigger each year.  This can be quite intimidating!  Today's blog is to show you that you can get a great taste for the festival in just one day in Epcot and still enjoy other aspects of the park as well.  It will be extremely challenging to try every single booth  in one day, so we highly recommend grabbing a Festival Guide when you get to the park and looking over the menus.  See what sounds good to you, and plan to hit those booths and not just the first ones you see.  Lines will build throughout the day for the food booths, so consider that when you make your plans.  Full disclosure, we didn't even get to the park until about 3pm and we aren't big on rides.  But we had a leisurely day and had a ton of fun!  It was a perfect Florida day with blue skies and fluffy clouds.   We were lucky enough to get a Virtual Queue for Guardians of The Galaxy Cosmic Rewind, so...

Review of 2021 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival - Part Two

Welcome back to another review of the 2021 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival food and beverage offerings! If you read Ashley's original review , you know that the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival kicked off on July 15th and ends on November 20th so there's still about a month left of this wonderful time of Epcot fun.  For those who haven't visited the Festival before, each year the Festival includes Global Marketplaces where you can taste your way around the world, live entertainment and fun activities the whole family can enjoy. I tend to focus on the Global Marketplaces, because food is life :)  I spent two days in Epcot this month and was able to sample quite a bit!  Here's what I tried and my thoughts on it all. Appleseed Orchard Location: Canada Theater The first major pro of this booth is that it is indoors - enjoy a break from the elements!  The food options are very limited here but the beer and cider options are plentiful.  The ap...
