Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs is one of my go-to spots for a great meal. The restaurant itself is beautiful and I've had so many great meals there over the years. Chef Morimoto is a relatively well-known chef after appearing on Iron Chef America as one of the original Iron Chefs, so when he opened a restaurant at Disney Springs I was so excited to give it a try being a fan of the show and of Chef Morimoto. This restaurant brings his masterful Asian cuisine to Florida in his first "Pan-Asian" concept. With 20-foot chandeliers and glass walls giving a peek into the kitchen and a sushi bar upstairs, there is something to catch everyone's eye here. In October, they had specialty spooky cocktails on the menu that we just couldn't resist trying! One was pumpkin and lychee based and the other was grapefruit and rose and they were both good but the black magic was definitely our favorite.
