We've gotten a lot of questions about what it's like to tour the theme parks since Universal Orlando Resort reopened earlier this year. Let's take a photo tour through Universal Studios Florida to see what's changed since the COVID-19 safety guidelines have been put in place. One of the first changes you'll notice after entering the park is that park maps are unavailable. There's a sign where the park maps are usually kept that asks guests to "be safe and practice social distancing" and also encourages guests to download the Official Universal Orlando Resort App for wait times, show times, maps and more. There's a QR code available for easy download. I highly recommend you download the app before you arrive so you can access wait times, virtual line and also order food. Have you been wondering what it's like to visit the theme parks since the reopening of Universal's Islands of Adventure? Today we'll take you on a photo tour through the park to see what's changed. You'll notice one of the first changes to park touring before you even enter the theme park. We arrived at the Port of Entry turnstiles about 20 minutes before park opening and we saw social distancing in full effect. Universal Team Members were there to remind guests to remain socially distant and to help direct the flow of traffic as the lines grew. We were very pleased to see that the majority of guests were doing their best to adhere to the new guidelines and were also wearing their masks properly.
