First or Second Dining on Your Disney Cruise?

Image
When it comes to dinner, the seating time that you should select for your Disney Cruise is the one that works best for your family. Let's look at the pros and cons of both early and late dining and hopefully that will help you decide! Your show time in the main theater will be based on your dinner seating, so the schedule will work like this: First dinner seating starts at 5:45pm, and goes to the theater for their show at 8:30pm. Second seating will go to their show first, and have dinner at 8:15p.m. Many families with small children find the  second seating to be too late for little ones  to be eating, and they end up selecting the first seating. This also means that the  Oceaneer's Club tends to have their activities based on the schedule of the earlier dinner .  That's not to say that your children cannot attend if you are in the second seating, ...

5 Ways To Be Healthy (Yes, Healthy) at Disney

Image
Happy 2018, Disney Fans!!      The year decided to welcome itself with freezing temperatures all over the United States, INCLUDING here in Orlando, where it is currently in the high 30's! Brrrrrr!!! Hey, Elsa... the cold may not bother YOU, but it bothers US! Go back to Arendelle!       Well, it's a new year, so let's talk about staying healthy at Disney. Seriously. Ok, ok... I know I blog a lot about high calorie, sugary, salty or deep fried concoctions that you can snack on in the parks. Disney is, after all, a magical world. The good news is, Guests walk a LOT at Disney, and that should help combat some of those indulgent desserts and savory sauces. But if you're more of the healthy eating type, OR if you have some New Year's resolutions that you're trying to stick to, a trip to Disn...

Happy Holidays, Disney Fans!!!!      So by this point in December, I am sure you are so full of holiday cheer, you could BUST! And maybe, if you've been  really  good this year, Santa will be bringing you a little MagicBand, putting you at the top of all of the best FastPass+ lists, and getting you hooked up with ALL of the best Disney dining reservations. (And if not, no worries... the crew here at Kingdom Konsultant Travel have got you covered!)       Here, in Orlando, my fam is psyched to get to enjoy all of the holiday fun that the parks have to offer... BUT... we know what comes with it. The price that we pay for getting to celebrate at Disney.... CROWDS. We are about to roll into some of the busiest weeks of the calendar year for the Disney parks and I thought it may be helpful to cover what some of my favorite things to do are when the crowds are big. So whether you are an Annual Passholder, looking for a break from the out-of...

Just here with some helpful tips and ideas for those of you who will be lucky enough to be on Disney property before the holidays and want to get something special for your friends and family.       Now, if you're anything like me, you're pretty thrilled with  any  gift that you receive that has Mouse ears or any Disney reference on it. But, believe it or not, there are some people who don't  love  all things Disney and who wouldn't exactly be delighted with Disney trash can salt and pepper shakers. (I know... I know... who  are  these aliens, right?) Well, that's not a problem if you're doing your holiday gift shopping at Disney, or even if you're just looking for gifts to bring back home for friends and family. There are tons of great gift options in the parks that don't require the recipient to be an A...
