California Grill 50th Anniversary Celebration Menu

Keepsake menu from California Grill In honor of Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary, the California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort is offering a special, limited-time menu to celebrate. The special menu revisits some past favorites from the original Top of the World restaurant that opened in 1971 to new market-fresh creations. It's a dining experience "50 years in the making" and in my humble opinion, is a must-do for Disney foodies out there! The 50th Anniversary Celebration menu is a 3-course meal so you'll want to arrive to your reservation hungry! Guests can choose one appetizer from the Market Inspirations, one entree from the Chef's Journey, and one dessert from the Sweet Creations section of the special menu. With so many great food specials for the 50th Anniversary, it takes multiple agents and trips to try them all.  Today I bring you the fourth installment of our foodie guide which brings maybe my favorite 50th item yet!  Disney's Hollywood Studios - Rosie's All American Café Disney’s Hollywood Studios 50th Celebration Sandwich Cookie Celebrating the 50th anniversary with a pretzel shortbread cookie sandwiched with strawberry jam and peanut butter-chocolate fudge This cookie was honestly such a delight.  The first bite is peanut-buttery and wonderful, but then you keep going.  Your next bite you get a little jam with the peanut butter cookie, wow it got even better.  Now your fully into the cookie, and your third bite has the chocolate fudge in addition to the cookie and the jam and it is just the perfect trifecta of salty and sweet.  I can't wait to have this cookie again! What to Expect at The World's Most Magical Celebration

The World's Most Magical Celebration kicked off on October 1, 2021 but for a celebration 50 years in the making, you better believe that it's not over yet! The celebration will last for 18 months so you have until March 2023 to experience all the celebration has to offer. What exactly can you expect from the World's Most Magical Celebration? Yes, you read the title correctly! We are now on Part 3 of our Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Foodie Guide! If you haven't read Part 1  or  Part 2 , no worries! They don't have to be read chronologically but you may want to read those posts if you're looking for more reviews of all the new tasty treats for the World's Most Magical Celebration.  The celebration continues through March 2023 so you still have over a year to try the new food and drink options.
