According to Disney, "this new show will feature state-of-the-art projection effects, lasers, lighting Photo courtesy of Disney Parks and dazzling fireworks that come together to tell a not-so-scary story about how anything can happen on Halloween night. The show will take guests along on a trick-or-treating adventure, where four friends – Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy – find themselves drawn into a mysterious haunted house. The journey takes them from one room of the house to another, encountering dancing skeletons, waltzing ghosts and a whole series of troublemaking Disney villains." Following from the original pilot at the Magic Kingdom, Disney Guest Experience teams have now been deployed at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

In collaboration with the NBA, Disney is developing NBA Experience as a one-of-a-kind environment packed with 13 interactive elements and hands-on activities across 44,000 square feet and two floors. In addition , Disney Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products Chairman Bob Chapek unveiled the Disney Skyliner gondola to Disney fans during D23’s Destination D event today at Walt Disney World.
