For many, myself included, one of the allures of visiting Epcot’s World Showcase is being able to taste the native food of the countries represented.   With so many amazing and unique choices it may come as a surprise that one of my favorite meals in all of Walt Disney World is pizza!   I know what you’re thinking—pizza is nothing special, just a fast and easy meal for those busy nights when you don’t have time to cook.   But at Via Napoli is an experience in itself, and it is one you shouldn’t miss! I had the opportunity to tour Disney’s Port Orleans Resort-French Quarter during an Agent Education Program, and the moment I saw the resort, I said “This is the next resort where I want to stay.” When planning a last minute trip to Walt Disney World for October 2011 there was no discussion of what resort we were staying at. As the official vacation planner of the family, I decided we would be staying at Port Orleans-French Quarter and the topic was not up for discussion. Themed after the French Quarter Section of New Orleans, the resort makes you feel like you are staying there rather than a resort in Florida. As you enter the main entrance you are greeted by a cast member decked out in Mardi Gras attire handing out beads or doubloon “coins” to be tossed into the fountain in the lobby. Abracadabra!  Hocus Pocus!  Shazam!   These are special words we all know which are bound to elicit some magic.  But to a young Princess visiting Walt Disney World, perhaps the most magical words of all are “Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique”.  This enchanting place transforms already beautiful little princesses into stunningly beautiful little princesses.  It also turns parents into mush.  Magic!
