Have you ever been on the Living with the Land Boat Tour in the Land Pavilion in EPCOT, and wondered who those people are walking in the greenhouses?   I was always curious about that as well, so one year I decided to find out for myself.   The Behind the Seeds tour in Epcot’s Land Pavilion is one of those little gems that tends to get passed up in the mad dash to get to a ride.   It is also a reasonably priced little gem.   The cost is under $20 and will only take about an hour of your time. I can say that it is definitely worth the time to slow down and smell the sunflowers.   Getting to walk behind the scenes is a unique experience and waving at the people in the boats that are on the Living with the Land ride is lots of fun too! So you want to know what Star Wars weekends is all about?   I have been a regular at Star Wars Weekends since 2003 and over that time I have learned a few things about what you need to do to get the most out of your time. Most people that are new to Star Wars Weekends want to know the same things. “How busy is it?”, “How do things work?”, “What is there to do?”, and “How can I make the most of my time?” How busy is a really simple question to answer. I had the opportunity to tour Disney’s Port Orleans Resort-French Quarter during an Agent Education Program, and the moment I saw the resort, I said “This is the next resort where I want to stay.” When planning a last minute trip to Walt Disney World for October 2011 there was no discussion of what resort we were staying at. As the official vacation planner of the family, I decided we would be staying at Port Orleans-French Quarter and the topic was not up for discussion. Themed after the French Quarter Section of New Orleans, the resort makes you feel like you are staying there rather than a resort in Florida.
