Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival

Spring is in full swing at Walt Disney World and so has Epcot’s International Flower and Garden Festival !  This is one of my favorite times of the year to visit Epcot.  The gardens, flowers and even food booths enhance the beauty that Epcot already has. Along with the addition of food and beverage booths in recent years, the highlight of the Flower and Garden Festival is definitely the topiaries. Throughout Future World and World Showcase, guests can find their favorite characters transformed in to beautiful green topiaries. While I enjoy all of them, here are a few photos of some of my favorites! Have you visited the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival?  What was your favorite topiary? Jess

How much longer until your next Disney trip?

Ears the News with Richard

Disney has just rolled out an upgrade to the Wi-Fi infrastructure across all four Walt Disney World theme parks. The update aims to increase performance and network stability for the ever-increasing number of guests trying to use the service. Part of the upgrade has been made possible by removing support for old devices that were connecting on the 802.11b band. This means that owners of some early Wi-Fi phones and iPods will no longer be able to access the Disney Wi-Fi service in the parks. Due to the importance of accessing My Disney Experience, access to the Internet in the theme park has become a critical part of a day in the parks. AT&T has also been working at improving cell based data services as an alternative to Disney's Wi-Fi service. Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa

You can find more pictures of this resort by clicking here . Saratoga Springs, New York is a fantastic small town Upstate, which I had the pleasure to live in for four years.  So, when Disney opened the Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, I could not wait to stay there! Saratoga’s main attraction is the horseracing track that is still active today.  The resort is inspired by the Victorian track life of the 1800’s and also the great Natural Springs.  The décor of the main lobby and grounds incorporate the art and styling of that era.  Saratoga Springs Resort has two dining options. The Artist’s Palette is the quick service option for the resort and is located just off the main lobby.  They serve three meals a day and have special offerings such as mickey waffles, sandwiches and pizza.  This is also where you can go to find the gift shop and purchase other necessary pantry items.  The Turf Club Bar and Grill is the table service option at the resort and features fish, burgers and stea
